Slazzy Return & Refund Policy
At Slazzy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we aim to deliver the best quality products every time, we understand that sometimes returns may be required. Please read our policy carefully before making a request.
1. Return Policy
- The return policy for every product is clearly mentioned on its product page.
- If you wish to return an item, you must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
- After 7 days, the product will be considered accepted and not eligible for return.
- All returns will be verified by our team based on the details and product images you provide.
- A return will be accepted only if the issue is attributable to Slazzy (manufacturing defect, damage, or incorrect product).
- The decision of Slazzy regarding returns will be final and binding.
Eligible reasons for return:
- Product is damaged on arrival
- Both product and packaging are damaged
- Product is defective / not working
- Poor quality (manufacturing defects, shrinkage, colour bleeding, etc.)
- Wrong size, fit, or colour delivered
- Missing parts or accessories
2. Steps to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@slazzy.in with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Share product images and invoice copy for verification.
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup. Please ensure the product is in original packaging with tags, labels, barcodes, and accessories intact.
- Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side.
3. Non-Returnable Scenarios
We will not accept returns if:
- Product is damaged due to misuse, negligence, or overuse
- Product is used, washed, or altered
- Missing original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Serial number or security tag tampered
- Free gifts or promotional items missing
4. Refund Policy
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the same account/card used for payment.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, customers must provide valid bank account details or UPI ID for refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.
- Refund will be approved only if the product is returned in its original saleable condition with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- If the product does not meet return conditions, refund will not be processed.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchange is currently not available on any product. Customers can return the item (if eligible) and place a fresh order.
