1. Shipping & Delivery
- Dispatch Time: Subject to availability, orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
- Delivery Partners: We work with trusted courier and delivery agencies to ensure your orders reach you safely and on time. If no courier service is available in your area, we may use alternative government-registered postal services.
- Delivery Address: You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any errors may result in delays or additional charges, for which we are not liable.
- Delivery Charges: Shipping fees (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. We process only one shipping address per order. To deliver to multiple addresses, place separate orders.
- Receipt of Orders: You (or an authorized person) may be required to sign upon receipt.
2. Damaged or Tampered Packages
- Please refuse to accept the delivery and return it with the delivery person.
- Immediately email us at support@slazzy.com with your Order ID, description, and supporting images.
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, provided the product tag, packaging, and labels remain intact.
3. Order Cancellations by Slazzy
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
- Limited stock or unavailability of the Product.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Payment or verification issues.
If your prepaid order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Order Cancellations by Customer
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
- To cancel, email us at support@slazzy.com with your Order ID as soon as possible.
5. Non-Delivery Due to Customer
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to you (e.g., incorrect name, address, or contact details), any additional costs for re-delivery or cancellation will be borne by you.
